国家发展改革委、国家能源局近日印发《关于完善能源绿色低碳转型体制机制和政策措施的意见》。
《意见》提出，深化能源领域体制机制改革创新，加快构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系。
China has rolled out policies and measures to improve the mechanism for a green-oriented transition of energy across the country, according to a document jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration.
