Whereas:(1) Party A's operation management applies to the grid on which the wind farm operates and, in accordance with this Contract, agrees to the integration of Party B's wind farm into the grid for operation.(2) Party B owns/constructs / expands / operates and manages the _____ wind farm at place of _____ (hereinafter referred to as the Wind Farm) with a total installed capacity of _____ megawatts (MW) and agrees to connect the Wind Farm to Party A's power grid for operation in accordance with this Contract.1.1.2 风电场：指位于_____ 由乙方拥有/兴建/扩建, 将经营管理的一座总装机容量为_____ 兆瓦（MW），共_____ 台机组（机组编号、容量及技术参数详见附件二，机组位置详见附件四）的发电设施以及延伸至产权分界点的全部辅助设施。
1.1.2 Wind Farm: refers to a power generation facility with a total installed capacity of _____ megawatts (MW) and a total of _____ units (see Annexure 2 for details of unit numbers, capacities and technical parameters and Annexure 4 for details of unit locations) located at place of _____, which owned/constructed/expanded by Party B, to be operated and managed, together with all ancillary facilities extending up to the demarcation of property rights.3.2.2 配备风电场运行集中监控系统，保证其正常运行，并达到规定的技术要求。
3.2.2 To equip with a centralized monitoring system for the operation of the wind farm to ensure its normal operation and to meet the specified technical requirements.3.2.3 按照电网调度机构调度指令组织风电场实时生产运行，参与电力系统的调峰、调频、调压和备用。
3.2.3 To organize real-time production and operation of wind farms in accordance with the scheduling instructions of the grid scheduling authority, and participate in the peak, frequency, voltage and standby of the power system.3.2.4 按照电网调度机构要求提供风电场设备检修计划建议，执行已批准的检修计划，做好设备检修维护工作。
3.2.4 To submit the proposals for overhaul plans of wind farm equipment in accordance with the requirements of the grid scheduling authority, implement the approved overhaul plans, and carry out equipment overhaul and maintenance work.第4章并网条件Chapter 4 Conditions for Grid Connection4.1 乙方已取得政府能源投资主管部门的风电场项目核准文件和电网企业的风电场接入电网意见函。
4.1 Party B has obtained the approval document of wind farm project from the governmental energy investment authority and the opinion letter of wind farm access to the grid from the power grid enterprise.4.3 继电保护及安全自动装置须符合国家标准、行业标准和其他有关规定，按经国家授权机构审定的设计要求安装、调试完毕，经国家规定的基建程序验收合格，并符合本协议第10章的有关约定。
4.3 Relay protection and safety automation devices shall comply with State’s standards, industry standards and other relevant regulations, be installed and commissioned in accordance with the design requirements validated by the agencies authorized by State, and be accepted and passed by the State's prescribed infrastructure procedures, and be in compliance with the relevant covenants in Chapter 10 hereof.4.4 风电场已安装测风塔，配置风能实时测报系统并按电网调度机构要求准确上传风速、风向、气温、气压等气象数据；配备风电功率预测系统，预测范围和精度满足考核要求。
4.4 Wind farms have installed wind measurement towers, configured with real-time wind energy measurement and the meteorological data of system and accurately uploaded such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature and air pressure have been submitted pursuant to the requirements of the grid scheduling institute; and are equipped with wind power prediction system, with the prediction range and accuracy which meeting the requirements of the assessment.第5章并网申请及受理Chapter 5 Application and Acceptance of Grid Connection5.1 乙方风电场（机组）并网在满足第4章的并网条件后，须向甲方申请，并在甲方确认后按照要求的方式并入。
5.1 After Party B's wind farm (unit) grid connection meets the grid connection conditions in Chapter 4, it shall apply to Party A and be connected in accordance with the required manner upon Party A's /confirm/iation.5.2 并网申请5.2 Grid Connection Application乙方应在风电场（机组）首次并网日的_____ 日前，向甲方提交并网申请书，并网申请书应包含本次并网设备的基本概况、验收情况、并网风电场（机组）调试方案和调试计划等内容，并附齐本协议第5.5条所列的资料。
Party B shall submit the application for grid connection to Party A before _____ on the first grid connection date of the wind farm (unit). The application for grid connection shall contain the basic overview of the equipment to be connected to the grid, the acceptance situation, the commissioning programme and commissioning plan of the grid-connected wind farm (unit), etc., and shall be accompanied by the complete information listed in Article 5.5 of this Contract.第9章设备检修Chapter 9 Equipment overhaul9.1 并网运行风电场设备检修应按照计划进行。
9.1 The overhaul of equipment in wind farms operating on the grid should be carried out pursuant to the program.9.1.1 乙方在按本协议约定向甲方提交年度、月度、节日、特殊运行方式发电计划建议的同时，将年度、月度、节日、特殊运行方式的设备检修计划建议报电网调度机构。
9.1.1 Party B shall, at the same time of submitting to Party A the proposed annual, monthly, holiday and special operation mode power generation plan in accordance herewith, report the proposed annual, monthly, holiday and special operation mode equipment maintenance plan to the grid scheduling agency.第11章调度自动化Chapter 11 Dispatch Automation11.1 甲方应严格遵守有关调度自动化系统的设计、运行和管理规程、规范，负责调度端调度自动化系统的运行维护，并符合以下要求：11.1 Party A shall strictly comply with the design, operation and management procedures and specifications of the relevant dispatch automation system, and shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the dispatch automation system at the dispatching end, which shall comply with the following requirements:（1）监督调度自动化系统的可靠运行，负责电力调度自动化系统运行情况的监测，协调处理运行中出现的重大问题。
(1) Supervising the reliable operation of the dispatch automation system, responsible for monitoring the operation of the power dispatch automation system, and coordinating the handling of major problems arising in the operation.第13章事故事件处理与调查Chapter 13 Handling and Investigation of Accidents and Incidents13.1 电网调度机构和风电场应按照各自管辖范围，依据电力系统调度规程和风电场现场运行规程的有关规定，正确、迅速地进行事故事件处理，并及时相互通报事故事件处理情况。
13.1 The power grid dispatching agency and the wind farm shall, within their respective managements scope, correctly and promptly carry out handling of accident and incident in accordance with the relevant provisions of the dispatching regulations of the electric power system and the on-site operation regulations of the wind farm, and notify without delay each other of the handling of the accident and incident.
