荷兰将在未来几年大幅增加海上风电场的建设，到2030年将计划容量翻一番，以实现气候目标。
政府上周五宣布，计划在本十年内在北海的荷兰部分建设总装机容量为10.7吉瓦的风力发电场。
之前的计划目标是到2030年海上风能总容量达到约10吉瓦，在最近几年的一系列招标之后，其中约3吉瓦已经投入运营或正在建设中。
政府在1月份宣布将大幅增加能源转型支出，并设立了350亿欧元(390亿美元)的基金，为有助于保持向碳中和经济转型的项目提供资金。
新增的风力发电将帮助化工厂和钢铁厂等重工业用户转向可持续能源，例如利用风能生产“绿色”氢。

The additio
nal wind power should help heavy industrial users such as chemical and steel plants switch to sustainable energy sources, for instance by using the power to produce "green" hydrogen.
Home to Europe's largest port and many large industries, the Netherlands is among the countries in the EU with the highest greenhouse emissions per capita.
Emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) increased 2% last year, after a sharp decline in 2020 which was partly the effect of COVID-19 lockdowns.
Emissions last year were 23.9% lower than in 1990, while the country aims for a decline of 55% by 2030.
